As a confirmed tool addict and connoisseur, I'm always on the look-out for a good deal on quality tools. Harry J. Epstein Co. is a tool seller out of Kansas City, Missouri. Epstein sells hand tools that are mostly USA made. The brand list is impressive. After a few months of late night tool porn drooling, I finally decided to place an order.

Always on the hunt for a decent knife, I couldn't resist the Craftline Chisel knife from Mora of Sweden. I also snagged a Wilde Tool Co. 4-1/2" slip joint pliers. Does it feel good to get new tools or what?

My order was placed on a Tuesday, and I had my stuff on Friday. Since neither of these items is really breakable, a padded envelope was sufficient. My tools arrived in excellent condition, with the invoice enclosed. So far, using Epstein for further tool buys is promising.

My only gripe is their lack of communication. I received an email confirmation/invoice after order placement, but that was the end of Epstein's communication with me. I would have liked a shipping status email when my items shipped. Nevertheless, this won't stop me from ordering with Epstein.

HARRY J. EPSTEIN CO. shipped my order fast and properly packaged. Their selection of tools, decent pricing, and fast shipping will get more of my tool business.
